I get that since you had your baby, whether a few weeks, months, or even years ago that since all that birthing, nurturing and mothering, you may have mislaid a little bit of what it felt like to feel good about yourself, your mojo, your sparkle. A leaky pelvic floor, a tummy you don’t like and sheer fatigue, have left you feeling less than awesome about yourself.

How We Do It

A little yoga
some Pilates
a lot of Self-care
and good Nutrition

Some of the exercises we work on in this program, may at first appear familiar from a class you’ve done before, or from yoga or Pilates. However whilst some movements are similar, the difference is the emphasis and instruction always focusing on how your core and pelvic floor are responding and working. Everything is in here for a very specific reason and the instructions are extensively researched and tested for maximum effectiveness. So never just go through the motions, even if a move feels familiar.

How you breathe and how your body works, as you mindfully practice these exercises is the magic source.
